Taking over The Coffee Moment on Eastern Street, Sai Ying Pun, the Third Bakery got my heart immediately with its Scandinavian interior design. The high ceiling with spherical light (complementing the natural sunlight), the nordic blue wallpaper, the wooden furniture, and the ample, cozy dinning space. There is absolutely nothing I do not adore!The “open kitchen”/counter top is very welcoming.All the items in cake display look so delicious! My friend and I ended up getting a piece of Rocky Road

 All the items in cake display look so delicious! My friend and I ended up getting a piece of Rocky Road Brownie to share after having lunch nearby.

 The Rocky Road Brownie is superb! The crushed peanut pieces and slightly melted marshmallow on top added so much texture and flavour to the moist and dense brownie underneath. It’s addictively good!!!

 And the coffee here is so good too! A legit Flat White with a decent fruity flavour and a smooth body.

Definitely coming back for the hygge envrionment, delicious bakery items and nice coffee!
