A new Bistro in Central launched!Enjoyed a wonderful night in NEZ Wine Bistro, highly recommend for casual fine dining for French cuisine.The restaurant has great ambiance and décor with relaxed, casual vibe! -Classic Beef Tartare, French fries & homemade sauce
A lovely dish that's made with chopped high-quality meat and served raw, seasoned with egg yolk, capers, salt etc. Meaty and delicious, the flavors are decadent and rich!
French fries are served hot, golden and crispy with perfect thin.
-Foie Gras “Rougie” Crème Brulee & seasonal strawberries
A perfect combination of savory, sweeten and salty! The texture was amazing, Foie Gras and Crème Brulee paired perfectly together. It was a good choice for an appetizer. The seasonal strawberries were juicy and sweet.
-Crustaceans Seafood Soup
Rich and creamy seafood soup, served with silky, chewy prawn and tender fish.
-Bavette de Boeuf wagyu with caramelised onions, mashed potato & pepper sauce
Wagyu got a soft texture, so tender and juicy. It had more marbling than other meats! It melts on my tongue and leaves a sweet finish which provided an umami feast!
The mashed potato was versatile and fluffy, very nice!
-Profiteroles with wild berries, pastry cream and hot chocolate sauce
Very cute round shape, a little softer, so light and delicate!
-Homemade ice cream & sorbet platter
Smooth, creamy, and minimally sweet. Perfectly ripe version of the nuts.
I chose house red wine (FIXIN), very rich and fruity.
