Tiramisu latte! Yuzu cold brew! Uji lime soda! Uji matcha float! Uji macchiato! Cheese rose oolong! The creamy foam on top, dusted with matcha powder makes a very insta-worthy pic. The taste of it was superb as well, although sweetened, the matcha drink didn’t taste artificial, the sweetness that derived from the red bean balanced off the umami taste from the Uji matcha powder.
The hojicha mochi tasted so good too, particularly the chewy mochi, which has always been something for my appetite 😝
Most of these beverage can be served both hot/cold, despite it being served hot, it didn’t ruin the taste of it, and it retained its presentation and taste.
Since I visited for dinner, didn’t want to consume caffeine, but would love to try the tiramisu latte next time 🤎
