One day, when I was looking for an eatery for afternoon tea in To Kwa Wan, I spot this “Hong Kong Steamed Roll” which was off from the main street. Attracted by the claimed made-to-order rice rolls, I walked-in to give a try. Apart from rice rolls, they also serve a few dim sums, steamed rice and rice congee.
