Blue Supreme is a hidden gem but it is so worth finding and getting to! They have a wide variety of hand crafted beers and wine. The service was great! The staff worked quick and were super friendly! The manager was awesome and made sure we were served well. He suggested some dishes for us to try and we were not disappointed. The duck confit burger and the sliders were tender and flavourful. The duck confit burger and the sliders were tender and flavourful. I personally loved the lamb burger. It was really crunchy and savoury! Most of the dishes had a very unique style and taste, which was very new to us but it was worth the try! We also had their popular milk and cookies and it was very soft and had a hint of mint flavours. It tasted great with the milk too.
We had such a good time and we will definitely come back!
