Came here for dinner as boyfriend and I walked around Tsim Sha Tsui rather late and we didn't want to line up for dinner. Sick of eating at Cafe de Coral, we came here. Located at the Hong Kong Cultural Center is Deli and Wine. Basically a much fancier MX Express. You basically order food at the cashier and they will provide a buzzer for you when it's ready for pick up. Menu is in English and Chinese with no 10% service charge. Food is mostly a nicer version of MX Express and does cost a bit mo
You basically order food at the cashier and they will provide a buzzer for you when it's ready for pick up. Menu is in English and Chinese with no 10% service charge. Food is mostly a nicer version of MX Express and does cost a bit more. Drinks are not included but there is free water available.
Boyfriend had a lemongrass pork chop curry rice ($68). It was a decent portion. Curry was fragrant. There was even a runny egg on top. Pork chop was still moist and tender. Not over cooked.
I had the spaghetti bolognese ($64). They even shaved fresh Parmesan on top! Spaghetti was overcooked and soggy but the sauce was quite good. I even detected they used some red wine in to cook it.
Food was pretty good though a bit pricier than the other fast food type places. But then the quality was a bit better. Seating is spacious and pretty quiet. Would come again.
