廉記冰室 (English name: Lim Kee Bing Sutt) has come a long way from that dingy cha chan teng in Central's side street as they now have a new branch in Wanchai. And it's a lot more fancier. I ordered fried fish fillet with salad ($40). Food arrived very fast. I think I ordered and woah .. it appeared! The fish fillet was pretty good. The coating was crunchy but not too thick. The meat was so moist, it still flaked off in tender flakes. The salad was ok. A bit too much mayo for my liking.
Food was ok. I've had better in other places with bigger portions. But seating is comfortable so I may come again.
