When boyfriend said he'd take me to a cha chaan teng that served lots of salad, he wasn't kidding. Located in Kwun Tong, the place was rather large and spacious. It was also very busy.Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge and you pay on your way out. They a huge selection but most importantly the sets all included a salad or two. They also include a standard drink. For those that don't want salads, they have those options as well.Boyfriend ordered from the tea set menu

Boyfriend ordered from the tea set menu and had a Satay Beef Burger with Salad ($37) choosing the Fruit Salad. A Hong Kong style fruit salad, there was plenty of apples mixed with canned peach, corn and nata de coca. All with plenty of mayo. The bun was sliced open and some satay beef was placed inside that was fine but he had better elsewhere.
I had the Fresh and Healthy Set ($58). White Juice Boken Egg (aka Egg Salad) with Vanilla Bread (aka Sun Dried Tomato Bread) with two salads: Ho Fai Kit Guo (fresh fruit salad) and tuna salad. The bread was soft and fluffy with bits of sun dried tomato. The egg salad sandwiched between was wonderfully fresh. The fruit in the fresh fruit salad was fresh and included watermelon, dragon fruit, honeydew, cantelope and papaya. All were sweet except for the watermelon which was bland. The highlight was the tuna salad as it was mixed with ham and corn. I quite liked that and never thought to add ham to it. Portion of the salad was more than generous so I was full when I left.
Very delicious and healthy tasting. Service is very fast and they do stand over you waiting for you to order. But then again this is a cha chaan teng. Will be back!
