Borsch Macaroni with Crispy Chicken Wings ($38). This came with a drink but I added $3 for an ice version. The borsch soup had a rich tomato taste. It wasn't watered down. The macaroni was not soggy. I liked this. However, the chicken wings were not just crispy but fried so long that they were dry like jerky. They also tasted like a mouthful of pepper.
