The pork ribs are in big portion, scattered generously with thick and ketchup-like barbecued sauce, with a side of fries.

Hainanese chicken rice is pretty authentic considering the chicken oil rice, soup as well as the sauces provided that includes the thickly brewed dark soy sauce.
