today, i went to have Japanese Buffet with my colleagues and I found the meal is super extraordinary. No doubt, we must order sashimi. The sashimi in these buffets are awesome. I give high marks for freshness, taste an presentation. Salmon sashimi is the all-time local favourites, its texture is soft ad smooth such that your teeth gradually sink in to release all that juicy heaven. the Ginseng chicken soup is pretty surprising! although the size is not large, i can smell the heavy taste of Ginseng. The soup really suits ladies. In fact, i feel quite disappointed for the chicken meat as the meat is a bit dry. I think this restaurant indeed provides plenty of drinks and hot food, which provide the customers variety of choices. The warship roll with soft shell crab and sea urchin are super tasty, we have encored it for three times!
For the ice-cream, the milktop icecream is extraordinary. it is really soft and creamy, and the sense of salty mix with the heavy milk taste, i swear i will come back for the icecream. The staffs are nice and efficiency. it gives me good impression!
