it is a brand new restaurant in the uptown plaza which has a long queue outside the shop!! Actually there wasn’t many food choices provided. As you can see in the picture, I chose the deep fried pork with ramen. Nothing special but a bit expensive. The pork was crispy. I guess it might be freshly made when they received my food order. Therefore The texture was fine~~ not too thick. However the soft boiled egg was nice!
