係開始食晚餐之前, 侍應會送上一盤香草麵包俾你點黑醋同橄欖油食



Before dinner, the waiter will give you a plate of herb bread. You can dip with the vinegar and olive oil.

<Crab Salad>
前菜方面, 我哋揀咗份蟹肉沙律
蟹肉沙律非常特別, 裏面混合左蟹肉同牛油果
食落口感順滑, 蟹肉量好多, 味道鮮甜
值得一試



For the appetizer, we selected crab salad. The smooth texture with delicate and sweet taste. I am sure everyone will like it. Must try dish!

<Tagliatelle w/Guanciale in Green Peas>
主食方面, 我哋就揀咗豬面頰意大利粉
豬面頰比起一般嘅豬肉更加肥美
味道有啲似煙肉, 但口感更有彈性



For the first course, we selected Tagliatelle w/Guanciale in Green Peas. It is a type of long, thin and flat pasta served with pork cheek and green peas. The pork cheek tastes like bacon, but with a tender texture and moreish pork favour.

意粉非常有咬口, 熟度啱啱好, 混合creamy嘅醬汁, 味道鹹鹹地, 幾好食



The pasta is al dente with chewy texture. Mixed with creamy guanciale sauce. Tastes good!

<Seabass in Crazy Water>
另一道主菜我哋就揀咗鱸魚
湯底係大食妹至愛嘅蕃茄湯底
酸酸嘅湯, 裏面有好幾舊嫩滑嘅鱸魚, 加入檸檬汁提升佢嘅鮮味, 配埋兩塊熱辣辣脆卜卜嘅蒜蓉包就啱啱好啦



For the second course, we selected Seabass in Crazy Water. It is the other must try dish! The tangy tomato soup based with fresh seabass tastes great. Can add some lemon juice to adjust the sourness.

<Chocolate Mousse>
至於甜品方面, 我哋就揀咗朱古力慕絲
呢個朱古力慕絲係用黑朱古力整嘅, 味道唔係好甜, 夾喺兩塊鬆軟嘅蛋糕中間, 配上士多啤梨醬, 甜到啱啱好



For the dessert, we selected Chocolate Mousse. The rich dark chocolate mousse cake topped with strawberry syrup is perfect rounding up the dinner.
