因為呢個係即叫即製，所以要等大概20分鐘先到手🙈 芋頭蒸熟做成綿密嘅芋泥，香氣濃郁，再加上鹹香嘅肉鬆味道配合一流😋 出面嘅麵包烘得好脆身，裡面夾住一層煙靭嘅麻糬，令口感更豐富👍🏼
They make this fresh, so it took quite a while. The taro paste was soft and mellow, which had a nice contrast to the salty pork floss. The mochi inside definitely elevated the textures, and the bread was toasted perfectly.

以芒果汁做基底，搭配酸甜紅柚果肉甜中帶點酸，非常開胃😚 裡面仲有自家製嘅芋圓，粒粒都好彈牙，再倒入椰奶去增添香甜嘅滋味🥥
The mango juice as the base went well with the slightly sour pomelo, and there were also homemade taro balls and sago inside to give this dish a nice chewing factor. The coconut milk was the key to making the texture smooth.

用茶葉原片煮出個鍋煮奶茶味道更細緻，茶味濃郁☕️ 因為用左4.3牛乳所以口感順滑，同時特出阿薩姆紅茶嘅醇香🥰 雖然黑珍珠淋左少少，但每粒都索曬黑糖嘅甜味，同微甘嘅奶茶取得平衡🧋
Pot boiled milk tea tends to have a more delicate flavour, especially when they used the 4.3 fresh milk which gives it a silky feeling. The Assam tea flavour stood out, and it’s bitterness was balanced out by the black sugar pearls.

I also got a fruit tea to cool down on this hot today. The red tea base wasn’t too bitter, coupled with the sweet passion fruit flavour and passion fruit seeds, it was a very refreshing drink.
