師傅選用大蝦,蘸上脆漿後炸至金黃色,又脆又爽口🍤 配上芥末蛋黃醬嘅甜辣味令人一再回味😋
Large and bouncy shrimp was coated in a crispy batter, covered in a flavourful spicy mayo sauce.
金沙涼瓜
Salty Egg Yolk Bitter Melon
鹹蛋黃醬包覆著苦瓜,鹹香味特出之後帶有苦瓜的回甘🥒 外層有沙沙地嘅口感,平時唔食苦瓜嘅我都想食多幾舊🥹
The salty egg yolk sauce brought a prominent savoury flavour with a slight aftertaste of bitterness from the melons.
黑松露野茵爆和牛

黑松露同野茵嘅香味滲透入肉汁鮮嫩既美國和牛粒,經過爆香後香味更濃郁,上面仲有黑松露片,感覺好矜貴🤩
US Wagyu cubes were very tender, very aromatic especially with the truffle shavings.

Shrimp paste in Sea Cucumber with Goose Feet
原條關西遼參配上厚實嘅蝦膠口感爽脆彈牙,洋溢陣陣鮮味🦐 富有大量骨膠原嘅鵝掌扣入濃稠嘅自製鮑汁非常入味😝
Sea cucumber was stuffed with homemade shrimp paste, alongside with goose feet which was braised in abalone sauce.
香煎美國鱈魚扒
Dried US Cod Fillet
鱈魚只係用左海鹽調味,煎香前再刷上一層蜜糖醬,剔除魚腥味之餘仲可以加啲鮮甜味🍯 配菜嘅雜果沙律,酸酸甜甜解膩一流😉
The cod was only flavoured with honey and salt so you could taste it’s natural flavours. A fruit salad on side helped to decrease the heaviness.
西班牙火腿蛋白炒菜飯
Spanish Ham with egg whites and fried vegetable rice
炒飯嘅配料有蛋白、菜心、松子、香蔥同埋鹹香嘅巴馬火腿🍖 將佢哋切成一片片配埋粒粒分明嘅炒飯層次感豐富🍚
There are egg whites, choi sum, pine nuts, scallion and Parma ham in the fried rice.
香芒鮮奶酪
Mango Panna Cotta
下層係芒果蓉加雪糕,味道甜中帶酸🥭 上層棉滑嘅3.6牛乳奶凍,兩者同時食落去嘅味道濃純而不膩🍮
The combination of mango purée, ice cream and fresh milk pudding was refreshing and had creamy texture.
