最近去東涌發現🧐除咗東薈城仲有其他選擇，揸🚗去左灣景薈入面既Cabana Breeze，個度環境唔錯去到仲睇到日落，欣賞咗一陣先入餐廳☺️餐廳面積幾大，座位有室外同室內選擇，小編揀左Indoor，入面裝修華麗～坐落幾舒適，職員態度十分熱情友善，有啲去左外國既感覺，食物方面質素唔錯，生蠔幾新鮮，叫咗幾樣嘢食都👌🏻Recently I went to Tung Chung and found that there are another option besides Citygate outlet. Recently I went to Tung Chung and found that there are another option besides Citygate outlet. I went to Cabana Breeze in T Bay. Good environment and the seats can be selected from outdoor and indoor. I chose indoor finally, the decoration is gorgeous. The restaurant is comfortable. All staff are very warm and friendly. It feels like going abroad. The quality of the food is good and the oysters are fresh👌🏻
1️⃣Salmon Tartar $118
依款三文魚他他賣相唔錯，配埋酸忌廉同洋蔥粒食落幾開胃，每一啖都食到香草🌿既味道，香草同三文魚都撈得好勻，而三文魚切到幾大粒，食落幾有口感同新鮮。
The salmon tartar looked good. It is appetising with sour cream and shallots. The flavor is good and the herbs~dill are well-mixed with salmon. Also the salmon is cut into a few large pieces and fresh.
2️⃣Fresh Raw Oysters $188 (Half Dozen)
是日生蠔French Fine De Claire，叫左半打🤤新鮮即開🦪食落爽口清甜，有少少海水味，開得幾好冇蠔殼碎，呢款🦪唔會太薄身，大隻啲既食落仲有少少creamy口感😋可以配雞尾酒醬/木犀草醬/檸檬😌個人就比較鍾意原味😁
It is called French Fine De Claire oysters, orderd half a dozen 🤤Fresh and ready to open 🦪 The food is refreshing and sweet, with some sea water taste, and it opens well with no crushed oyster shells. Some oysters are big and had creamy taste😋 can be served with cocktail sauce/mignonette sauce/lemon wedges😌personally, i love original🦪
3️⃣Baby Back Ribs $188 (Half)
依款慢烤豬肋骨都幾大份～黎到熱辣辣🔥味道唔會好鹹，有少少輕微辣，整體都幾入味，值得一讚係豬肋骨既肉質肥瘦適中，但食食下感覺有少少乾，如果多番少少燒烤醬會更好。
The slow-grilled pork ribs are large portions ~hot and spicy when arrived🔥The taste was not salty, some slightly spicy, and the whole taste is almost delicious. The pork ribs are moderately fat and thin, but a little bit dry after eating. It would be better if there is more barbecue sauce.
4️⃣Cabana Tiramisu $88
依款Tiramisu食落有層次，濕潤度唔算好高，酒味亦唔算好重，食落好香🧀夾住兩層薄蛋糕☺️表面灑既可可粉唔會過多👌🏻整體可以但定價有啲高。
Cabana Tiramisu was soft and tasty but the moistness was not high, the wine taste was not heavy, had two layers of thin cakes and mixed with delicious 🧀 The surface sprinkle had some cocoa powder. Overall, it is good but the prize is slightly high.
5️⃣Young Coconut $45
依款椰青開得都幾靚，入面冇殼碎🤣飲落清甜解渴，仲配埋新鮮花做裝飾都算有啲心思。
Young coconut tasted sweet and fresh. It is decorated with fresh beautiful flower.
