茶木‧台式休閒餐廳 (已結業)

The service at the restaurant was so poor and unbelievable. My friend and I had tea set at about 3:00pm on 13th April, 2021. 


The waiter’s tray with some plates hit the edge of my table when I was enjoying my meal.  A ceramic plate was slide down to the ground
immediately.  It broke into pieces and bounce from my right leg to my left leg. It was stopped only about 3 centimetres from my left leg. 
The broken ceramic pieces were about 15 square centimetres.  

However, the staff did not apology for this incident. The waiter only swiped away the broken ceramic fragments. It seemed nothing wrong happen. 
Are the broken ceramic fragments equal to any rubbish, like some tissues or papers? Is the service charge worthy to pay?
