Corn Chips & Kachumber，正常，個沙沙溝得幾清新。Khakra, Chundo，present 得幾好，偷到師。Bhel-Puri，當地嘅「立雜會炒飯」。Tomato Burrata，肉厚多汁分香撲味。大碟色彩鮮艷。每個Fine Dining 都要有個Gardonxxx service, Caesar salad等，呢度就係撈五穀雜豆爆米花沙律。Cheese Potato Chop，外層輕輕的煎得香脆，內裏軟、綿、滑。Chicken Khuddi，肉質是不錯的，但係出到嚟嘅效果就一般。個咖喱調配得好好…….Fish Kujit，用一多款香料、咖喱、椰漿醃住條魚，再用香蕉葉包住去焗。Aamrakhand，yogurt底嘅甜品。House White of the night is Canaletto Pinot GrigMasala Chai 好地道Pineapple SmashIndian Cousin 博大精深，唔食開，真係一頭霧水。每個大廚都有佢嘅家傳秘方，食開嗰個大廚就一路跟住食。
