🍜 The star of the dish is definitely the rich, deeply flavorful shrimp soup. The staff would drizzle prawn oil 🫖 when the noodles are served, which adds an extra layer of prawn flav 🌊
🍜The noodles are so fine as well.
👉🏼Sliced noodles is perfectly chewy, with just the right bounce.
👉🏼Ramen is also great if you prefer something springy and light.
🌱For the Toppings, a generous heap of onion ("moderate" option is enough).
🌟If you really want to order extra items, the razor clams (daily special) are so crisp and sweet.
🦪The abalone, oysters, and half-boiled egg 🥚 were fine too, but cp value is not very high to be honest.
✨Lil Tip
The noodle soup already includes 3 prawns 🦐 , so no need to order extra. They had a nice spice🌶️, but the meat was average.
They give you free bottled water (ask if they forget)—you’ll need it, the broth is that rich. If you’re still thirsty afterward, better grab drinks elsewhere! 😌
