This kale salad had loads of fruits and their homemade passion fruit jelly, which added a lot of elements. It came with a Honey & Yuzu Vinaigrette and caramelised pineapple, which was a nice touch.

充滿牛油香嘅酥皮裡面裝著分成三層嘅餡料,包括煙三文魚、木瓜同新鮮牛油果蓉🥑 上面放左意大利水牛芝士波波同黑魚籽,配埋碟上嘅洛神花士多啤梨醬汁酸酸甜甜,有助解膩🍓
The pastry wheel was stuffed with smoked salmon, papaya and guac, topped with caviar and cheese. This savoury dish was paired with a sweet jam on side.

墨汁意大利粉有獨特嘅墨魚香氣同煙靭嘅口感,每條都掛上濃郁嘅海膽汁,增添一份豐富嘅海洋風味🌊鮮魷魚的口感鮮嫩多汁,三文魚籽魚油香突出,每個元素都搭配得非常協調🥳
The pasta was al dente, covered in uni sauce which was so umami. The squid and salmon roe added a new level of freshness.

Slow Cooked Organic Pistachio Crusted Australian Lamb Rack Provencal with Crispy Fries
羊肉經過長時間慢煮,口感嫩滑,而蒜油、百里想等調味料已經醃到入曬味😌 開心果仁同麵包糠增加一層硬脆嘅口感,可以更帶出柔軟多汁嘅肉質🥩 唯獨係羊架份量少左啲,反而伴碟嘅薯條就好夠多🍟
The lamb was marinated in garlic and thyme, which gave it a lot of flavour. It was juicy and tender, but the portion was small.

After smashing the sugar cover, it revels a Premium Creamy Charcoal Tart filled with Black Sesame Mousse and Mochi.
