上次吃酸辣魚肉米線, 今次則點了麻辣牛魔王紅薯粉, 魚湯湯底配上麻辣調味, 麻勁和辣度柔和, 湯頭的鮮味比酸辣更明顯. 紅薯粉偏幼, 還以為是寬粉類型, 口感煙韌, 我還是喜歡較爽彈的. 配料說的牛魔王, 有肥牛, 牛肚和牛舌, 當中牛舌有驚喜, 去苔去邊做得足, 只取中間舌芯的部份, 口感和味道也相當不錯. 另外單點了其蒜泥白肉, 五花腩片脂肉層次分明, 不會烚得太耐而令其肉質變韌, 除了大量蒜泥外, 也添加了自家的辣椒油, 看起來很辣, 吃起來又不是, 也有炒製過的焦香, 味道層次豐富但辣勁柔和, 對不喜吃辣的也相當Friendly.This time I tried the spicy potato noodles at VV maysin.
