同是陽光普照o既星期日, 又到中環食brunch, 叫同行從landmark cafe同flying pan之間, 佢選擇左後者, 貪佢選擇多d. 上次食過eggs norwegian好味, 今次就翻炒, 再叫一客eggs oscar (poached eggs + shrimp + asparagus), side dishes要左spiced apple同grilled tomato. 等開餐時, 聽到一把有d熟悉o既女人聲, 抬頭望一望, 原來隔離檯坐住章小蕙,同友人高談闊論,乜唔係移民左美國咩?講返食物, 一如上次, poached eggs生熟度拿捏得幾好, hollandaise sauce調味都剛好. 兩者之中, 我地都覺得norwegian好食d, 蝦味道太淡, 而且烚過頭, 有d鞋. side dish中o既spiced apple其實好似apple crumble o既餡, 幾得意, 不過今日落糖重手左d, 淨食會甜左d.
