是日買了件士多啤梨忌廉卷來吃，今天的waitress服務不太好，不過cake吃起來味道很good。一早已去開尖沙咀mira read free books( haha how bad I am~!), I gave up 美麗華酒店餅店coco but chose半島酒店to enjoy my 甜品dinner…當我去到時as it was already five, I didn’t expect that there will be a lot of choices, but how could they only have 一款French pastry left!!!I saw the four日本遊客買了很多raisin scone, double chocolate brownie, that time都冇晒other french pastry, 只剩番3件馳名strawberry cream rolls~件rollcake唔細…放上half a small piece of strawberry做toppings~ Frankly speaking看上去賣相of thi

Frankly speaking看上去賣相of this士多啤梨瑞士卷was not at all精緻美觀 ，但又有驚喜， 拎上手第一個感覺係好heavy好cold, 因為中間極大範圍係cold cream; 大力少少都afraid會整爛件蛋糕, but食的時候will not feel狼狽, because...卷住chantilly cream既sponge蛋糕好濕好鬆軟, but the texture was rough enough to stand the whole cake when my fork dig in~
外層thin layer sponge蛋糕唔軟腍, 而喺挺身有口感, 相對地較薄同濕, whole roll cake份量十足…味道清香, 忌廉幼滑可口, 都不甜溜, 蛋卷佔ok多, 件卷有2 layers重複, 水準都軟熟，內裡的士多啤利失色because they were not新鮮的and so gave out liquid to the cream。入面既cream佔左8成~口感好滑…食落口大大'pat' cream唔太甜~食到少少diced strawberry粒only…最好係usually fill swiss roll既白色cream was only used on top to fix the strawberry piece~ I actually hate that flavor~
Whole roll cake凍冰冰, 好soft, 而外皮就薄薄地, 脆脆甜甜的，好鬆化，忌廉新鮮香滑，有little bit士多啤梨味。蛋糕也算鬆軟，很香雞蛋味，味道啱啱好！有驚喜! 以為個Strawberry Cream Roll外層撒以一層薄薄的砂糖粒沙沙面一定甜到飛起, 點知同想像既感覺完全唔同, 我鐘意佢cake沙沙面sugar增加呢件cake既口感，十分好味, 感覺非常好。有呢件士多啤梨瑞士卷做dinner真滿足,我really未試過半島西餅for a whole meal。張貼
