整體來講個火鍋算合格 $128加一，除咗雪糕唔驚喜但係又唔係好失望。評分：汁⭐ 湯底⭐肉⭐⭐⭐雪糕⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐環境⭐⭐⭐ 個汁就選擇唔多。有芝麻醬，普通豉油同柚子醋。汁配料有蔥，蒜蓉，炒蒜, 辣椒碎，芫茜。個柚子醋真係比較古怪😂柚子本身係酸嘅再加埋醋，一個好酸嘅配合🤣🤣 個芝麻醬或者豉油加蔥花醬都幾正常，所以無柚子醬油都唔係太影響我，少少傷心啫🥲😔但係日本火鍋點好能無柚子醬油😅扣分❌ 肉就好一般般🤣豬肉最好食。雞肉就覺得唔係好啱火鍋🤣 個牛肉肥膏真係好多😞睇相就知，肉個部分真係好少，白色個部分好少。豬肉機好食😋👍個番茄湯底唔啱我好味🍅🥲。唔知係咪叫錯。一個好複雜，有啲苦嘅味道🫠🫠 好彩有汁可以盡量冚住個味。雪糕真係好正。我好鍾意食日本牛奶雪糕嘅，milk top係一個我鍾意嘅牌子，就食得好開心😋👍 環境就好安靜,座落去都幾舒服. 地方就舊咗啲😅😅Overall, the hot pot is considered acceptable for $128 + 10% service charge. Overall, the hot pot is considered acceptable for $128 + 10% service charge. Apart from the ice cream, there were nothing particularly delicious, but it wasn't a big disappointment either.

There aren't many sauce options to choose from. There's sesame sauce, regular soy sauce, and yuzu vinegar. The sauce toppings include scallions, garlic, fried garlic, chili flakes and coriander. The yuzu vinegar is quite strange 😂 because yuzu itself is already sour, and adding vinegar makes it even more acidic 🤣🤣
Having sesame sauce or soy sauce with spring onion is pretty decent so not having ponzu sauce doesn't really affect me too much. Just a little sad.
But how can Japanese hot pot restaurant not have ponzu sauce 😅? Minus points ❌
The meat is just average 🤣 Pork is the best to eat. I don't think chicken is suitable for hot pot 🤣 The beef is really fatty 😞 You can tell just by looking at my photo, there's very little actual meat, and there's a lot of little white fat. The pork is really delicious 😋👍
"I don't really like the tomato soup base 🍅🥲. I don't know if I ordered the wrong one. It's quite complicated and has a slightly bitter taste 🫠🫠 Luckily, the sauce helps to mask the flavor as much as possible.
The ice cream is really delicious. I love Japanese milk ice cream, and Milk Top is one of my favorite brands. A good finish to the meal 😋👍
The environment is very quiet and the seat is quite comfortable. However, the place is a bit old 😅😅.
