朋友M小姐原來以前在南丫島住了十一年有多, 家人早在這邊也已經成為了超級熟客. 雖然現仍在是 的階段, 不過有食友快要再回外國去了. 也經大家的選民投票後, 決定了來這間搞番一餐海鮮宴局 ! 休漁期看落對這邊影響不太大, 只不過是少了一點本地魚供應. 其他的就由其他亞洲區海鮮補上!.金磚椒鹽豆腐 - $58Not as soft pillowy as Loaf On 六福, but the slightly spicy taste here was actually better and more exotic in taste. 清酒牛油炒蜆 -$198
Sake and Butter with Clams. This was simply divine!! The sauce was gooey thick and really smelled full of sake taste, with that sinfully thick & buttery coating on top. Definitely a must order item. ~ 4.5/5

豆豉炒聖子 - $336 八件
There wasn't much black soy beans presence, and the sauce was way too viscous thick...
The Razor Clams were fresh and crunchy nevertheless. Needed a better sauce. ~ 2.5/5

香辣椒鹽賴尿蝦 - $962 四隻
The Mantis Shrimps were SMALLER than I had expected with their tiny girths, and at this price point, I expected way BIGGER. The Salt and Pepper on the dish, was more of the wetter type with loads of cooked onions. I normally prefer them to come with more fried garlic. Nevertheless the Mantis Shrimps were very fresh, albeit a little on the smaller side. ~ 3/5

蒜茸牛油花竹蝦 - $616 十六件
A little exxy, but we all got 2 pieces each. It worked out to be $38.50 a prawn, which is borderline acceptable. The taste was good nevertheless. ~ 4/5

雞油花雕蒸花蟹 - $880
Flower Crabs are cooked in Chicken Oil and Hua Diao Jiu wine. The wine was aromatic, but probably needed to be burnt off more, as it was quite alcoholic hot! The crabs were good. But overall, the sauce wasn't too balanced eitherway. ~ 3.5/5

梅子蒸膏蟹 - $738
Pickled Plums are used to cook this tomalley and roe filled local crab. Except for some reason, they added tons of Thai Sweet Chili Sauce somehow to distract. It kind of spoiled the overall balance a fair bit.. may be they were too ambitious in making this dish stand out? ~ 2.5/5

咕嚕肉 - $68
Sweet and Sour Pork. This was of the sliced than chunkier version, and came topped with sprinkled sesames. When you've been spoilt by the excellent Hawthorn sauce version served at Luk Yu Tea House already, however, this becomes just a pedestrian performance at most. It could be more crunchier or fall apart in your mouth! ~ 3/5
