呢份拼盤真係好足料：鴨胸、煙三文魚、紐倫香腸、太陽蛋、蘑菇、沙律菜同微煎酸種麵包，全部都煎得啱啱好。肉類油香配上蔬菜嘅清新感，整體味道好有層次。
