
因為我對豬頸肉既熱愛,我地先叫佐Charred Pork Neck $88,完全係泰國食既風味,成碟鋪滿豬頸肉,加埋一邊好多既辣汁同埋墊底既菜,賣相好好,燒到少少焦既豬頸肉加埋菜絲同點埋辣汁黎食口感好有層次,但絕對唔係濃到苦,辣汁令到豬頸肉更香,好好味😋

之後我地叫佐叫佐Shashuka $88,店員介紹山先知係地中海菜式黎😝係焗蛋加蕃茄醬同芝士,酸酸地但又好香芝士味,放上法式麵包咁食,麵包吸晒啲汁,好正,芝士手愛好者一定要試!🧀🍳🥖


之後仲叫佐兩款小食,Onion Rings $68同埋Thai Fish Cake $68。洋蔥圈烤得好脆,上枱仲有少少煙,好誇張😹泰式魚餅都好好味,金黃色既魚餅好香脆,兩樣都好香口好好味,配埋各自既醬汁就岩岩好😻

最後我仲叫佐杯Hazelnut Spritz黎試下,有一大塊檸檬插係杯邊,又可以打卡🤗成杯酒味唔會太濃,岩晒啲唔太飲得既朋友,榛子令到杯酒有番少少甜味,唔會太單調淨係得酒味,好易入口🍸
