1月生日的我, 女友帶了我來呢間樓上法國菜一入門口已經又開心又好romantic~ 座位+ 所有decoration 都好別緻, 一洗整日番工既勞累.由於Main courses 前傾得太happy, 完全唔記得映相我地分別order 左~Appetizers: crab salad with grapefruit emulsion and tarragon oil~整體感覺refreshing~ 不過唔係好食出邊度有crab..Soup: sweet corn and basil soup with ricotta cheese + crab bisque我飲的是crab bisque~ 蟹味都幾鮮~ 又無一般龍蝦湯咁濃, 邊飲配上法包慢慢食一流!Main courses 前要了2個fruit sorbet refresh 一下! $18 1個算好抵 亦都好好食! 2個比較下duck leg 味道較好~ 最主要好可能係duck leg既味比較出眾
相對下pork knuckle 雖然煮得剛好入口唔肥又唔會太飽, 但係apple+ black pudding 既味道太淡亦都帶唔出knuckle既原味..
Desserts: dried tangerine peel creme brûlée and passion fruit-poached pear with sabayon! 重有candle一枝...
Passion fruit poached pear 不提也吧..完全唔入流
女友揀既creme brûlée 反而更好! 滑嫩中帶一點點桔味! 幾新鮮!
另外我地亦都order 左枝white wine, chateu 既 Sauvignon blanc 240 1 bottle! 整體既wine都係ard $100-$300 完全唔貴!
Service 整體幾好! Fill 水, fill 酒完全唔洗自己黎/要叫, 3個幾鐘彈指就過!
