去到餐廳,職員都好一貫嘅文華東方嘅服務態度好殷勤咁接待你,帶你埋位,問下你有冇食物敏感再俾杯水同menu你,總之就有問必答,好親切!睇完個menu就除咗個威靈頓牛柳之外,叫埋佢另外出名嘅龍蝦湯啦,另外甜品就叫咗法式千層酥!
咁嚟嘢食之前,就當然要上一籃麵包先啦,文華東方啲麵包真係好好食,今次呢個極鬆軟,又有少少鹹,我都不自覺咁樣再添食咗多兩舊!

之後個龍蝦湯就出現啦,佢會擺啲龍蝦肉係個碗度,再上菜嘅時候先至倒啲湯落去,份量好足!其實之前我都係staycation同埋係自助餐都飲過佢哋嘅龍蝦湯,但文華扒房呢個真係一絕,有龍蝦味得來又唔會好鹹,仲好creamy,真係好好飲!

到主角啦!威靈頓牛柳一向都係得四成熟,所以望上去都會比較紅啲,一切落去,第一個酥皮唔會散先,第二舊牛柳本身已經好林,都唔使點用力就可以切開舊牛柳,一食落去個酥皮加埋蘑菇醬加埋個牛個combination簡直係一絕!果然係名菜!

甜品法式千層酥佢同平時食開嘅千層酥會唔會有啲分別,佢係打直咁一層層咁present,唔太甜仲有好濃嘅芒果味!
