極級SRF極黑和牛肩脊肉 (Black Wagyu Beef Shouderloin) $498
好多時候都會覺得火鍋食和牛會過於油膩，會令人有飽滯嘅感覺，但採用肩脊肉便能在肉香同油香之間取得更佳嘅平衡，值得欣賞。同樣值得一試嘅有西班牙伊比利亞黑毛豬同手打麻辣牛丸。黑毛豬質感軟熟，唔會好似平時火鍋放題嘅豬肉般咁韌。麻辣牛丸細細粒，麻辣嘅味道相當提味，辣嘅程度亦容易接受，當然亦有唔辣嘅手打牛丸。現時於七點半前離座便能享有8折優惠，不妨一試。
