[#sheungwan] [#hforcantonfood] famous "three eyes" rice in Sheung Wan! I went there during lunch time and there's quite full, need to wait a bit. Ordered the pan fried eggs with "siu yuk" 燒肉 (salted bbq pork, not char siu) originally but i couldnt wait and had the chicken wings one of the other table instead lol. Love that so much, portion of rice was big, 3 eggs were half cooked as you can see and the yolk is molten. But i believe it would be better if matches with my siu yuk rather than chicke
