魚蛋的魚味不錯, 口感還是有少少彈牙, 並不會如現成貨般彈, 而且有新鮮魚味就代表其自家製作的機率高, 當然最為深刻的白身魚蛋, 自然就是夏銘記極腍的那一種, 原來可以有如此的口感. 牛腩和雲吞就是一般貨色, 沒有太多Outstanding的地方. 特登來吃就不必, 但作為深宵晚飯或宵夜也可以.
Kong Chai Kee is one of the cheapest restaurant at Causeway Bay. Her operation time is late enough for us to have the dinner after the night movie. Famous for the fish ball, it tastes soft in texture and quite good in fish flavour. It is home made and fresh enough. Other foods like beef brisket and dumplings are not as good as fish ball.
