滑溜嘅螺旋布丁夾喺可頌中間嘅口感形成強烈對比😯 下面墊著一層卡士達醬，但味道唔會太甜，食得出陣陣蛋香味🥚
The melt in your mouth texture of the pudding provided a nice contrast to the crispy croissant. The pudding and custard below carried a strong eggy aroma.

Lemon Icing Croissant
依家天氣咁熱就最適合食啲清爽啲嘅嘢🍋 用左新鮮檸檬汁嘅糖霜酸酸甜甜非常開胃，而且外皮仲保持到鬆脆嘅口感👍🏼
The lemon icing was made with fresh Leo on juice which gave it some tanginess, making it a very refreshing and appetising to have in the summer.

Custard Croissant
呢款係銷售三甲內之一，卡士達採用天然香草籽同澳洲奶油混合而成🥛 奶香同雲呢拿味特出，口感綿密😋
This is one of their top sellers for many understandable reasons. Their custard is a combination of organic vanilla pods and Australian cream, so the essence of vanilla and milk was really pronounced, and the texture was extra creamy.
朱古力可頌
Chocolate Croissant
可頌嘅酥皮同埋嘅餡料除左用左可可粉亦加左
入進口嘅朱古力，味道濃郁得黎又唔會覺好甜膩🍫
Both the puff pastry and filling has incorporated cocoa powder and imported chocolate, therefore it was super chocolatey but not too sweet.

Caramel Almond Custard
卡士達醬上面加左唔少杏仁脆片🤩 面頭在淋上一層焦糖醬去襯托出可頌嘅牛油香，無論係口感定味道都有豐富嘅層次感🤤
A handful of almond flakes were sprinkled onto the top, with caramel sauce drizzled upon the croissant. These toppings elevated the flavours and textures of this croissant.
