森記最出名有三樣嘢，叉燒、燒鵝及鵝腸。叉燒有伊比利亞叉燒，肉質較稔，蜜香略焦，惹味非常，不過價錢稍貴，平平地食個黃袍叉燒飯，經濟又實惠！燒鵝是食個汁！鵝腸是用新鮮貨，坊間少見，一味豉椒鵝腸已經值得一來。
