Sfizio說是佐敦這一家大熱的手工意粉店,就是典型的家居小店風格,空間不大,兩人位有點窄,定價有點高昂,特別是和同區附近的Amour Cafe和老婆童年回憶的Tovoli的意粉比較,差不多是後者的兩三倍,當然意粉的的選擇比較多,在這裏點的就是玉棋和貓耳朵意粉,前者吃起來馬鈴薯味比較重,口感也比較粉,少了一些煙韌;貓耳朵意粉口感不錯唔好嘔,相當Al Dante,前者用清帳,後者用煙肉和忌廉醬配搭,因為意粉的形狀,所以不會特別需要強調掛。最貴的是意式慢煮豬手,底下鋪上滿滿的薯蓉,豬手經過慢煮,吃起來相當下,慢煮過口感也比較結實,沒有豬皮的情況下,吃起來有點寡,也有點吃力,至於薯蓉的顆粒感比較強,並沒有太多的奶油,吃起來比較直接,但因為豬手本身的鹹度,也令薯蓉吃起來相對較鹹,期望有點過高,吃起來有少少失望。Sfizio, a popular handmade pasta shop in Jordan, embodies a cozy, home-style vibe with limited space and slightly cramped two-person seating. While the pricing is on the higher side—nearly two to three times that of nearby Amour Cafe or Tovoli from childhood memories—it offers a wider pasta selection. We ordered gnocchi and orecchiette; the gnocchi had a strong potato flavor but was powdery and lacked chewiness, while the orecchiette was nicely al dente with a pleasant texture. The gnocchi came with a light sauce, and the orecchiette was paired with bacon and cream sauce, which suited its shape without needing extra emphasis on sauce cling. The most expensive dish, slow-cooked Italian pork knuckle, was served atop a generous layer of mashed potatoes. Though tender from slow cooking, the pork felt dense and somewhat bland without skin, making it a bit tough to eat. The mashed potatoes had a grainy texture, lacked creaminess, and felt overly salty due to the pork’s seasoning, leaving us slightly disappointed despite high expectations.
