海鹽焦糖千層蛋糕港式奶茶千層蛋糕 crepe皮都算薄 而忌廉亦都唔會過分地多 兩者之間嘅比例唔錯 如果多幾層crepe再少啲cream就會更好😛 啲cream本身唔會太膩 順滑得黎亦都有奶香👌🏻兩種口味都好食 但係奶茶會冇咁heavy 但係最大嘅缺點就係底層嘅海綿蛋糕 不單止唔鬆軟 仲要有啲嚡 破壞咗個crepe cake柔軟細膩嘅口感☹️💔I like how each layer of crepe is paper thin, but it would be better if there were less cream in each layer. 😛 I like how the cream was silky smooth and rich in flavour, but didn’t feel overly heavy as a whole. It’s a shame that they chose to pair the crepe cake with a sponge cake base, not only was it rough and dense, it also
