好耐都冇食過日本菜,今次就試吓呢一間食廚師發辦嘅鮨心旬菜。呢兩年都試過好多唔同嘅廚師發板,當中有平有貴有好食嘅,希望呢間唔好令我地失望啦!前菜有六道,印象最深刻嘅就係螢光魷魚同埋秋葵。螢光魷魚非常彈牙亦都好鮮甜,而秋葵佢配上一啲甜甜地鹹鹹地嘅魚仔,咬落去有爽口但係又有秋葵一啲潺潺嘅感覺好夾呀!刺身就有三款,油甘魚、拖羅同牡丹蝦。三款都一樣非常之鮮甜,但係我哋最鍾意嘅都係拖羅!如果牡丹蝦揸埋個頭俾我哋食就更正啦!熟食方面,師傅整左二人份嘅燒吞拿魚俾我哋食。同行朋友唔係好鍾意食熟魚,啱晒我!成份吞拿魚我差唔多食晒,油香滿滿的,嗰陣油香歷久不散!另外,仲有一個茶碗蒸,但係太好味我食晒都唔記得影相!三款壽司入面,朋友最鍾意嘅就係海膽,而我呢最鍾意都係拖羅!師傅好細心咁已經將醬油同啲飯混合埋一齊,放入口味道啱啱好!食完壽司,店員為我地送上一碗熱辣辣嘅大蜆味噌湯。不過同朋友都覺得略為濃味咗少少。最後甜品,師傅都將唔同嘅配搭放埋一齊。尤其朱古力入面包住一啲柚子,好refreshing! 朋友就非常之鍾意個雪糕,而我,都好鍾意用櫻花葉包住嘅嘅飯。好滿足嘅一晚呀!
