The set meal includes appetisers, chawanmushi, main, soup and dessert. Quite a deal for such a wide array of dishes.
For appetisers, it was dried fish and pork floss roll. It was a combination of sweet and salty.
Salmon roe was fresh and gave off a fatty flavour, and although the scallops were small, they were bouncy and were up to the sashimi grade standards. The Japanese rice below was at just the right temperature and firmness, flavoured with soy sauce. At the first bite you take, you could already taste the bamboo aroma wafting through the rice.
The dessert was crème brûlée. It wasn’t overly sweet and the texture was silky smooth. It would’ve been even better if they seared the top layer till it has gone flakey.

自選餐可以揀一款菜式配一款主食,另外再有麵豉湯🍲 主食分別有竹筒飯,飯糰,烏冬等等,而我就揀咗蟹籽蝦仁沙律🥗
沙律用左柚子醋,酸味足夠而且生菜非常新鮮🤗 上面佈滿左蟹籽同埋一隻蝦🦐 食完成碗覺得自己好健康🤣

呢個餐分別有三隻烤牡蠣🦪 每隻都用左唔同材料黎調味,一隻用左柚子🍊食感清爽但略嫌甜咗少少,第二隻加左七味粉,食落去海水味豐富,後勁微辣🌶 最後嗰款用左蒜泥去烤,蠔身索晒蒜蓉味🧄 非常香口

味噌湯鹹度啱啱好,裡面有三隻飽滿嘅蜆肉,紫菜同埋蝦乾,非常足料😍

For this meal, you can choose a main, as well as what you want to have it with, for example bamboo rice, onigiri, udon etc. I chose a crab roe salad with shrimp.
The salad dressing was yuzu vinegar, and the sourness really brought my appetite up. It was topped with a heap of crab roe and one shrimp.
There were three oysters with different flavours. There was one with yuzu sauce, fresh but a little too sweet. The other was sprinkled with chilli powder, which gave a slight kick after the oceany taste of the oyster has passed. The last was grilled with garlic, which made it very flavourful.
The miso soup had three plump clams and lots of seaweed and baby shrimps in it, which levelled up this simple dish.
