咬落去先驚喜:雞皮爽彈,雞肉嫩到離譜,完全唔「鞋」!最正係啖啖肉都爆汁 醃得超入味,花雕酒香由頭帶到尾,仲有當歸嘅甘苦、枸杞嘅甜同紅棗香,層次多到數唔晒!酒味夠濃但唔嗆喉,食完個口仲留住淡淡回甘~
佢哋嘅秘訣係浸足時間,酒香鑽入每絲雞肉,冰凍口感夾住醇厚酒味,真係一試上癮!無論係開胃前菜,定係配碗熱辣辣滷肉飯,都係絕配. 我覺得值回票價!凍食醉雞好少做到咁入味,呢度絕對係水準之作,台灣控必encore!
