每個item兩份既afternoon tea set for two 擺盤工整又對稱, 展現出餐廳一絲不苟既心思❤️ 三層碟分別盛載住甜品, 魚子醬餅乾, 同鹹點 😋Chesse cake係日式, 用多D麵粉少D cream cheese, 因為比起平時食既newyork cheese cake light好多冇咁heavy, 佢切大三角形而非小方形都唔會太滯, 食落口感都soft好多😆 creme brulee cake 中間係mousse多過真係燉蛋, 超滑, smooth口感一流👍🏻 焦糖個色水好深色好靚, 上面仲有金箔中間魚子醬餅乾仲有好多唔同配料, 都係傳統Siberian食法既蛋白蛋黃碎, 蔥同洋蔥, 但重點當然係個魚子醬, 用左aristocrat, 睇menu時上網search原來係Hong Kong brand黎😍 但當然都係made in Italy, 即刻好有親切感🤤 我鍾意個餅乾夠大塊, 可以自己控制每啖食幾多魚子, 唔使用魚子份量就個餅😌底層一定要讚一讚個homemade croissant with egg salad ☺️ 雖然都幾大隻但食完都仲好想繼續食😁

底層一定要讚一讚個homemade croissant with egg salad ☺️ 雖然都幾大隻但食完都仲好想繼續食😁 因為個牛角包唔會好油, 蛋又夠清新連同新鮮既生菜, 同脆脆既牛角包勁match👍🏻
