Their dim sum is surprisingly well made and exceed my expectations within such price level. We can either choose 2 or 4 pieces per dim sum, which is perfect for greedy foodies who want to try as much as possible but in a small amount.
I am especially impressed with the prawn vegetable dumplings #鮮蝦菜苗餃, the skin has just the right thickness and hold the seasoned fillings nicely with chewy gooey flavour. Another highlight is the xiao long bao #三色小籠包 - very eye catching, not just in a gimmick way but also play on unexpected flavours (original, sichuan spicy and truffle).
