Happy with the longggg eel, but seemed not the usual grilled eel (?!) The rice ball was grilled, which made it more appealing, but not hot…. And we wished the seaweed was crispier.Grilled Crispy Beancurd 香燒自家即制脆皮豆腐 $32
Not very crispy while the taste was average. The dried fish flakes on top were also unnecessary.

Quite fresh indeed. Well seasoned and not salty. Dried tangerine peel was added which enhanced the scent of the fish.Grilled Bittermelon 苦瓜 $22
They probably added honey on it which gave a nice twist! Quite a new one for us to enjoy "bitter"melon.Wanting for more as the skewer was just bite-size.

Appreciated that they took care of our request to serve as non-spicy.The soup base was quite special. And served with quite generous amount of crab meat.
We definitely needed one more dish like to end our dinner, as the portion of the skewer is quite small. However, the little portion also left us chance to try more dishes ^^
