中環小巷處處是特色的首飾家品甜點屋,擺花街最近添了新成員RaRe Restaurant,晚餐頭盤是三文魚蓉伴檸檬汁凱薩沙律,很清新醒胃,法包配上自家橄欖油和黑醋也很美味。這裡主打手工意大利麵,卡邦尼一點也不馬虎,fresh pasta伴上濃厚的煙肉磨菇和忌廉汁,水煮蛋纏綿,灑上大量的Parmesan,芝香味濃,大概配料曾以香檳煮過,意粉又有一點點酒香的後勁。另一款main的紐約客牛排也很鮮嫩且肉汁香濃,我最愛它的薯蓉,很軟滑。The new RaRe Restaurant in Central, Hong Kong, just walk from Lan Kwai Fong in 2mins. Famed by the house’s hand-made pasta, the carbonara reveals the piece of art of authentic Italian. The fresh pasta presents with creamy white sauce, bacon, mushrooms and poached egg, topped with parmesan. A strong after-taste of Champagne also comes with, which should be part of the white sauce.
The US prime beef strip loin is super fresh and tender with strong taste. The side, mashed potato in extremely creamy and soft mouthfeel is my favorite.
