Restaurant Week 第二擊- CraftsteakLunch Menu $298/ person + $30 surcharge for Grass-fed Hanger Steak+ 10% service charge 先睇環境,佢係小木屋 feel, 裝修唔錯,係度大門真心好重好難開🙈 頭盤Mushroom Soup or smoked salmon herb salad Mushroom Soup - 胡椒落得太多,蓋過晒蘑菇味;湯都打得太爛,冇咩質感。整體一般般。Smoked Salmon Salad - 個 season 唔錯,甜酸度岩岩好。黎度一間叫Craft"steak" 既地方,當然加錢都要食下佢個 Steak 啦,同我同男友都揀 steak。 Specialty 果然係 Specialty, 個扒真心係無得彈。炭燒味好香,肉質好滑,唔算肥(但雖然食食下都好滯), Medium Rare 就如下圖,可能因為佢唔太肥,呢種偏生既 medium rare 其實岩岩好,加上Truffle Butter,每一啖都係享受。可能係我食過其中最好味既扒。真心掛住。加埋落

Mushroom Soup - 胡椒落得太多,蓋過晒蘑菇味;湯都打得太爛,冇咩質感。整體一般般。
炭燒味好香,肉質好滑,唔算肥(但雖然食食下都好滯), Medium Rare 就如下圖,可能因為佢唔太肥,呢種偏生既 medium rare 其實岩岩好,加上Truffle Butter,每一啖都係享受。可能係我食過其中最好味既扒。真心掛住。加埋落左少少 salt, pepper, paprika 既幼身薯條,一路食已經飽到痴線,但都係唔捨得放手。呢個可能就係牛扒既最高境界!
其實都只係入於OK至唔錯。
Chocolate Brownies 個面脆脆地,加上雪糕,唔算“漏”,唔錯既。
