My sister recommended me to take my boyfriend to Allez Allez for his birthday dinner. I didn't know whether I should try it out or not - (1) None of my friends tried out apart from web comments; (2) 50% deposit have to be paid in advance; and (3) No actual address. I am VERY glad that I took the guts and tried out.My booking was all done throught email. Actually, I felt I was quite annoying cos I wanted to upgrade certain dishes and had to email Joyce several times and asking how much $ it would cost for upgrading, and the possibility of having a room if I wasn't booking the $488 menu or the couple menu. Joyce was patient in answering my emails and responded quite quickly too! *Quite impressive* Anyway, I really wanted a room for the 2 of us as it is my boyfriend's birthday today (mentioned a little in my email to her). I ended up going for the $488 menu.
The dishes were very delicious:
Appetitizers:
1) 酒池肉林特色焗蠔- Very fresh and hot - FULL MARKS 10/10 (We LOVE it so much)
2) 香煎法國鵝肝配蕉糖蘋果- Very juicy, but warm only - 9/10
Soup
3) 法式海龍皇湯- Got lots of seafood, my boyfriend loved it so much. I think it would be even better if it's creamier. Guess it would be too heavy if the soup is too thick - 9/10

4) 雪葩- Quite nice and refreshing. Was lime flavoured.
Main Course
5a) 香草燒羊鞍- The sauce is very 一流..肉質有口感又唔un! Very tender!!
5b) 層層牛仔柳- My boyfriend said the meat is very tender and juicy....like "mun" beef rather than fried beef....they must have secret receipe.
The display of the dishes are very good too.
Dessert
6) 焗芒果千層包- Quite nice except I don't like sultanas, but my boyfriend quite enjoyed it.
The best part was that the waitress came in lighting up a candle on the dessert for my boyfriend even though I didn't ask her too. I was very suprised about it as I only had a slight mention of it in my email at the time of booking. I think the waitresses got "HEARTS" for their patrons.
Other Comments apart from the food:
(A) Waitress won't come in from time to time to disturb us during the dinner.
(B) Offered to take photos for the two of us...勁好人
(C) The decorations in the room is very nice and classical. Some background music and the lighting make it even more romantic!
(D) Suprisingly the toilet is also decorated too! ^_^
Highly recommend couples to visit this place..... I guess it would be a very good place for proposal! *Winks*
