第二次去這裡食晚飯,因為與朋友們一起夾錢做King Parrot會員,貪佢有優惠,食物又唔差呢!不過今晚真係好嬲!1)昨晚唔多人,見到侍應無嘢做,行嚟行去,但係坐咗好耐,都無一個侍應給我一杯水,要叫先至有!(今時今日咁嘅服務態度,我只能講:「無得頂」)2)因為坐得近門口,有些熱,我要求換位(因為我見今晚有好幾張枱無人坐,我才會問),侍應答:唔可以,因為有人訂咗),如果訂位可以選擇位置,點解我朋友訂位時,你唔講呀?(大家都是6人枱)3)今晚豬手失準,我有點失望!豬皮唔脆(豬手係呢間餐廳的招牌菜之一喎)大家都知道香港已經係物價高的地方,呢類餐廳食飯每人平均消費都要二、三百蚊,還要收10%服務費!無收加一的茶餐廳,食客一坐低,侍應就會給你一杯茶!這是基本禮貌和服務,唔係咁都要教嘛?我都唔明差到幾乎無服務的餐廳,還好意思收服務費,試問怎樣介紹給朋友呢?如果我們繼續保持呢種服務態度,我們的香港還有吸引力嗎?連本地人都接受不了,試問如何給遊客留下好印象呢?This is the second time to dine out with my friends at this restaurant,

This is the second time to dine out with my friends at this restaurant, but I was very disappointed with their service.
1) Yesterday night was not so full at all, but I had to get a glass of water per request (I saw waiters and waitresses were walking around and nothing to do)
2) Coz we were sitting near the entrance, I felt hot, so I requested to change to another table but failed, they told us, such table was reserved by another guest. (I was thinking why they didn't let my friend know when he made the booking, we may choose the designated seat per request).
3) Disappointed about their "Roast Pork Knuckle", the pigskin was not crispy. (Roast Pork Knuckle is one of the signature dish in this restaurant).
In HK, we had to spend $200-$300 per head in such restaurants, with 10% service charge, and I had no idea why I had to pay for such bad service.
