記得上次行去廣成時,見到呢度門口排晒隊,人氣沸騰。响門口喵一喵,賣嘅只係尋常腸粉、魚蛋及豬皮。竟然攪到要响門口排隊入座? 必然內有乾坤...揀個少D人嘅時候入去坐低試吓,叫碟三色撈,即係腸粉、魚蛋加豬皮撈亂...最有特色嘅係落醬料純係self-serving,自己鐘意加幾多落幾多,悉隨專便...掛頭牌嘅腸粉,食落唔算太淰,但唔太滑,冇嗰種靚腸粉應有滑嘟嘟嘅口感,最關鍵嘅當然係欠缺一點豬油,觀感真的係平平無奇,好生失望。始終跟全盛時期嘅合益泰還差很遠...反而掛單嘅豬皮及魚蛋有驚喜--- 魚蛋口感實淨,有少許魚味,難得;豬皮難得夠爽口彈牙,絕唔係平時嗰D淰pat pat嘅貨色....但總括嚟講,都係嗰句,唔太值得專登入嚟食...
