通常我公司的老闆及老闆娘搭地鐵返工，香港站落車由 IFC 行到上環！早前，老闆娘話我知一間新咖啡店 Antipodean 在上年5/26 於無限極廣場開業！對我來說真是一個好消息呀！我可以週末幫襯啊！Haha!我急不及待星期五晚放工去幫襯！Normally, my boss and Mrs. boss go to work by MTR and get off at Central station, walk from IFC to Sheung Wan! Before, she told me that a new coffee shop Antipodean was opened on 5/26 last year at Infinitus Plaza! Such a good news for me! I can visit here at the weekend! Haha! 這是一間咖啡店，供應：早餐、沙律、三文治、意粉、自家製蛋糕、咖啡及茶，直至晚餐時段…等！It is a coffee shop and cafe, it is available for breakfast, salad, sandwiches, pasta, homemade cake, coffee and tea are available until dinner...etc.
平日早上 7:30 開始營業及週末早上 8:00 至晚上 10:00！Opens on weekdays at 7:30 and weekends at 8:00am until 10:00pm.
這裡不算好大，裝潢簡約，但我喜歡其氣氛，播放音樂又輕鬆寫意！
It is not so large with simple decor, but I like it's atmosphere with music! So relaxing!
見到一位大隻的外國人，原來他就是店主！他推介食物及咖啡給我！嘩！巨型黑板就是餐牌，沒有把沙律，三文治及意粉分門別類，令人睇得眼花繚亂！要花上一分鐘看清楚！A strong foreigner who is the founder of the coffee shop! He recommended food and coffee to me! Wow! The huge blackboard is the menu! It really makes customers confusing! It didn't classify salad, sandwiches and pasta! I have to spend a minute to go through it!
當我在週末早上再幫襯，店主認得我，令我好開心又驚喜呢！有位又高又瘦又靚仔的外籍店員，竟然向我眨眼兼微笑，就像充滿陽光氣息的暖男呀！ When I visited again on weekend morning! The owner recognized me! So happy & surprised for that! And the tall and handsome guy winked one's eye with a smile, just like the sunshine in the morning!
店員帶我入座後才落單，隨即送上一杯水及一瓶玻璃樽水！服務貼心！
The staff arranged a table for me, she served a cup of water and water bottle! Service is so good!
單是早餐已超過 10款！我寧願首選點一份 big breakfast 好過其他吧！Over 10 choices of breakfast, I would like to have big breakfast rather than the others for my first choice!
早餐包咖啡或茶更抵食！堂食外賣可享用，堂食則要加一服務費！Breakfast includes coffee or tea which is valuable! It is available for dinning in and taking away! 10% Service charge is included for dining in!

以豐盛份量來說，價錢合理！Yeah! 我選擇了炒蛋、煙肉、多士、蘑菇及薯餅！ 除了煙肉之外，還可選擇雞肉腸或豬肉腸！
炒蛋大約兩隻蛋份量，呈淡黃色；加入牛奶去炒，口感滑溜濕潤、蛋味濃郁帶有牛油香！多士是多穀物包塗滿牛油，口味清怡健康之選！蘑菇是烹調而不是烘焗，菌味濃厚！少油之餘更健康！煙肉有 3片，些少香脆及乾身！薯餅我喜歡！因為自家製夠新鮮！香草提味，薯味特濃！
It is really big portion with reasonable price! Yeah!
My choice is including scramble eggs, bacon, toast, mushrooms and potatocake! Besides of bacon, you can choose chicken or pork sausage!
Scramble eggs around 2 eggs portion with light yellow which is smooth, moist, strong egg flavor with butter!
Toast is a multi grain bread filled with so much butter, it tastes light and healthy choice!
Mushroom is cooked not baked, it is more healthy and less oil with strong flavor!
Bacon was baked for 3 pieces, a little bit crispy and dry!
Potatocake I really like it! Homemade and fresh!

Picolo Latte 用上一個迷你咖啡杯盛載，綴以心形拉花顯得美輪美奐！ 迷你咖啡杯拉花有一定的難度！入口香滑順喉！咖啡香醇味濃，加點糖口味會更好！ 卻是糖樽設計不太完善，較為難倒！
It contains with a lovely mini coffee cup and nice coffee art! It is quite difficult to make it with a mini cup! Strong coffee smell and taste, add some sugar would be better taste!

Croissant Eggs with Bacon $66稍等一會兒便送上，成品也是份量十足！ 牛角包滿載豐富的配料而令質感軟腍，並非外脆內軟，口感稍遜；然而，豐盈的炒蛋好嫩滑，滲出濃厚奶香及蛋香，秘訣在於加入牛奶，質感滑溜無比！煙肉不算重口味，一濃一淡恰到好處！連伴碟的火箭菜也青脆嫩綠，用料新鮮！
I waited for a while, the portion is quite big! Croissant contains eggs with bacon, texture would be getting soft! Scramble egg was so smooth with milk and egg smell! Bacon is savory flavor! Rocket leaves were so green & crispy, that means it was so fresh!

中午時段，當我落單時，菲籍女店員似乎不太醒目！還是在嘈吵的環境下，我的聲線不夠大呢？！ 我要重複又重複給她，卻是落錯單！直至我再告訴她，看看黑板餐牌上左排第三個 $65 的選擇！The Filipino staff seems not so smart, or my voice was not so loudly under noisy environment! I repeated and repeat it, she still made a wrong order for me! Until I told her again and looked at the third choice of left column on the blackboard menu with $65!

等上大約5分鐘，一大碟午餐送到面前！嘩！我恐怕吃不消呢！
老實講，我個人喜歡配料放面的三文治多過經典三文治，一來配料方面無咁悶，賣相更好看吸引！
紅菜頭沙律並非用上新鮮貨色，以紅菜頭乾代替！就算乾身食落都幾脆口，混合甘筍絲，兩者口味清甜自然！健康清新之選！至於煙燻雞肉肉汁豐盈，真是美味！ 蕃茄及火箭菜混合蜜糖芥末醬，口味溫和；三文治都好硬及脆身，要切開都不容易！
Wait for around 5 minutes, such as a big dish of meal disappeared in front of me! Oh! I was afraid I couldn't finish it!
Honestly! I like open sandwich rather than the classic one, it was not boring with ingredients and better presentation!
Beetroot salad was not the fresh one, it was the dry one to instead! It was so crispy without juice mixed with carrots, both are sweet naturally, a healthy and refresh choice! Smoked chicken was quite juicy any really yummy! Tomato and rockets leaves mixed with honey mustard was mild in taste! The sandwich was so hard and crispy, not too easy to cut it out!

Hot honey lemon tea $28英式早餐茶配上一片新鮮檸檬，又酸又澀！ 似乎甜味稍欠！加入糖之後較易入口！
English breakfast tea the with a piece of fresh lemon! It was so sour and bitter, seems no sweetness! It would be better after add some sugar!

I was in rush to go back to work before 2:00pm! I asked for paying the bill, it takes at least 5 minutes! Three staffs were so busy who couldn't help anyway! Finally, I asked the boss for help to print out the bill!

經過問店員，得知蛋糕是每天新鮮自家製，勝在新鮮及誠意！ 令我急不及待放工去食番件蛋糕做下午茶！
賣相認真令我大失所望！一大件甘筍蛋糕送上時已散開！厚身的忌廉芝士加上檸檬皮，清新不膩！ 蛋糕混合很多甘筍絲及合桃粒，肉桂...等，真材實料！質感鬆軟度一般，不知為什麼，就算無焗燶，本身不算甜卻是幾苦！恐怕我不會再試！
As I heard from the staff about the cake is freshly home made everyday! I can't wait to have a slice of homemade cake after work for tea time!
The presentation really makes me disappointed! A big slice of carrot cake attract my attention! Rich and thick cream cheese add with lemon skin! It's slight and refresh! It mixed with many carrots and walnuts, cinnamon...！It was not so soft! However! It was not so sweetness but quite harsh to the taste even it didn't overcook! I will not try it again!

整體來說，這裡的食物份量較大！不論男女，也可滿足胃納及味蕾！ 相對價錢合理！自開業這一年來，幫襯了好幾次，咖啡及食物都 keep 住水準！
