安格斯牛肩 🥩 配鴨肝薯蓉🥔用咗慢煮嘅方法 控制到唔同部位嘅生熟 但係塊牛本身麻麻 所以就算用左慢煮都係一般😢

有機青口櫻花蝦多士 🍞超級令人失望 青口係有機嘅 但用左白烚嘅方法無咩味 櫻花蝦同我心目中橙色個啲有出入 食落係香嘅 但有啲咸同比較漏 食完呢個之後成個下午個胃都濟住😅唔太建議叫呢個🤦🏻‍♀️

飲品方面 富士山下 🌄係佢地嘅signature 幾特別 打卡都靚靚✨ 另一杯白桃芝味特飲🍑幾好味!!! 係類似白桃梳打加芝士 但完全唔會過甜 好香好好味 好岩女仔飲☺️

I’m quite into sous vide lately, so I paid a visit to this sous vide resto in Sheung Wan. I reserved the table through OpenRice, and got a 30% off discount for my meal. Due to the gathering ban and also the discount, this little resto was booked up on a Saturday afternoon. 😆

Regarding the food, it’s average in general. The homemade lobster bisque croissant was the signature of the resto, and it didn’t let me down. The lava lobster bisque with the buttery croissant were meant for each other🥰 It’s absolutely worth a try!

The Prime Flat Iron Steak w/ Foie Gras was served with mashed garlic potatoes 🥔. In fact, sous vide is the most reliable way to cook a steak, as you get to keep the temperature constant at all time. Therefore, this steak was indeed nicely cooked. Having said that, the quality of the steak itself was a bit disappointing, and that led to relatively stiff and chewy texture. 😢

The organic mussels w/ shrimps toast was a bit too salty, and more importantly, it’s soooo stagnating. It filled up my stomach in a flash 🤦🏻‍♀️My stomach was feeling unwell for the whole afternoon after this, so I personally don’t recommend this 😵

For drinks, we ordered a White Charcoal and a Sparkling Peach Cheesy. The white charcoal was definitely photogenic and it’s quite a special drink! 👍🏻 The Sparkling Peach Cheesy was super good! It’s like peach soda with cheese! It’s not overly sweet, so i think girls will like it! 🥰
