名城海鮮火鍋酒家

This is the worst 海鮮火鍋酒家i never had before, food is ok but really bad service (HKD18 for 茶芥per person) , 10% service charge. How can i give them 10% service charge for such as worst serive (特別係老板涼the lady "i think she is a owner of this 酒家).First I would like to share my experience with all of you on last week.I was there on last friday night to have a good 火鍋in KLN city with my colleague in 名城海鮮火鍋酒家(we are working in Admiralty and we took 1 hour bus to this 火鍋酒家) and i think that was a very bus

How can i give them 10% service charge for such as worst serive (特別係老板涼the lady "i think she is a owner of this 酒家).First I would like to share my experience with all of you on last week.I was there on last friday night to have a good 火鍋in KLN city with my colleague in 名城海鮮火鍋酒家(we are working in Admiralty and we took 1 hour bus to this 火鍋酒家) and i think that was a very busy day and we try to ask someone to take a order for us over 25 mins.And finally the lady(老板涼) come to take order for us and i ask her: today is very busy right??? and she reply to me : do you want me to send one people to standing behind to service you guys.Oh my god! i never heard this kinds of reply from other 酒家for the past 30 years.Finally i personlly will not go to have a dinner in 名城海鮮火鍋酒家anymore and i also would like to share my bad experince with all of you.
